Join the production as a crew member!
We're looking for talented and dedicated individuals who have experience (or are quick to learn) the following crew positions: lighting designer, spotlight operator, sound designer, prop master, curtain operator, set builders and painters, seamstresses and costume assistants, hair and make-up stylists, and various stage crew. Some of these roles require you to lend your time for only a day or two, while other duties necessitate that you're available for those final weeks of rehearsal and performances. Offer your crafting skills as a paper flower maker!
One of the more challenging aspects of our production involves creating a garden of paper flowers. After weighing several options, we have decided to cultivate our garden using a variety of templates constructed mostly of materials like tissue and construction paper, floral tape, and wire. Though we intend to select from existing patterns that are user-friendly, preparing the sheer number of flowers required to fill our onstage garden will take a great deal of time. The more detail-oriented, glue gun-savvy "gardeners" we have, the better, as this will allow us to create a set worthy of its namesake. Should you be willing to lend or donate something on this list that we might be able to use in The Secret Garden, this could help free up money in our budget to be used elsewhere in the production.
